Taco Bell - Fitzgerald

We have not been to our KFC/Taco Bell store in about 2 years. A couple of weeks ago, I decided maybe we should try our local store for the KFC ? again. It was a good visit. The cashier was friendly, our takeout was pretty quick, and the meal overall was much better than it had been before. Fast forward 2 weeks. Went for Taco Bell side. Cashier was lackluster, took FOREVER to get my food, got it home,the beef tacos and burritos were horrible mush, my chicken Taco Supremes had nothing resembling a Supreme about them except lettuce. $26 later for 2 people. NO THANKS! That's it. DO BETTER. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS STORE.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They do the exact opposite of the request you ask for and the employees are rude and snappy. I ALWAYS ASK NO SOUR CREAM AND THEY SEEM TO ALWAYS PUT EXTRA SOUR CREAM ON EVERYTHING.

Very slow service, too many employees doing nothing. Playing and talking. Get to work people.

The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside. It was filthy! Trash all over the floor, messy tables, sticky floor, etc. There was mass chaos; giving customers the wrong food. I asked my friend how long she had been waiting, and she said she'd been there a while, that the cashier charged her the wrong price THREE times, just that one visit. The cashier finally just didn't charge her at all because she couldn't get it right. Customers were walking out, I suppose they were tired of waiting. We walked out as well. I knew KFC was going downhill for a while, but this time, they took the cake!

Last 2 times I hit drive through I ordered a 12 pk of Supreme tacos which should include sour cream and tomatoes. Both times, got home to find plain tacos. Checked receipts and was billed for Supreme.
