Mcdonald's - Fitchburg

Long journey thru time, expect 15 to 20 min all the time. Happy meal times are crowning and paper seems as if they would take all toys for them.

Pretty good, consistent with other well running locations and has the fancy redesigned look.

The person taking orders was pretty rude. It seemed like they were in a rush to cut me off just to say anything else just so they could re-ask me at the window because they didn 't put it into the computer right or something. When we got our order it was almost $30 for a couple things. And nothing was right. Im allergic to tomatoes, that was on my sandwich. No dipping sauce for nuggets. No straws, napkins or side anything. The large fries looked like the same amount as a small fry but in a large container. Service couldn 't have been worse. We won 't be going back.

I had ordered a frappe and went in drive thru to get it which we waited 30 minutes for and then they said they don't have any, bad service.

Drive thru took so long we started timing our wait, 18 minutes PLUS however long we were there before we timed. We watched a woman stand there on her phone texting for probably two minutes and then set her phone down and start making our ice cream. has the audacity to apologize for the wait like we couldn’t see what she was doing
