Mcdonald's - Fitchburg

This restaurant has really declined over the past few years, likely due to personal issues stemming from the pandemic and recent inflation. There are times when the fries I receive are barely salted. Additionally, there can be a shortage of staff, and I've experienced ridiculously long waits for a small order that includes a McDouble.

That is actually the only mcdonalds that I know that their order gets right and will present it, no complaining keep the good work when you are made sandwich with carefree, it really shows that I appreciate it, and it is not even at a certain time I was there morning lunch and dinner all great foods: 5/5

How can it take 20 minutes to get her food when nobody is there? two cars in front of us.

I had to wait 15 minutes only to be informed that they couldn't deliver my order because their machine was down. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

Interesting experience. My order was taken quickly and I didn't have to wait very long in line. They weren't very busy, three cars including myself in drive thru, 3 cara total in the parking lot and there didn't appear to be any customers inside. Got to the first window to pay and the dude was too busy singing to tell me how much or ask me for my payment. I had to ask him if he was going to take my money or not. Then I sat and waited just over ten minutes for the lady in front of my to get her happy meal. Then I waited another 8 minutes to get my two big Macs. They were slow for no reason and no one else even acknowledged me until they were handing me my food and they still didn't even say a word to me, not even have a nice day. Customer service doesn't appear to exist anymore in certain places and I'd say this is one of them.
