Why exactly can 't you make the crust thin on a small? Thank you for the quick service. Teach your drivershow to make customers feel special. I didn 't feel special. I felt like another quick stop .
This place deserves way less than just one star, unfortunately, I cannot give it any less than that, the Fitchburg store on water street is absolutely the worst!!! The worst employees, the worst service, you name it! After already waiting a half hourfor my food and being told I would have to wait an additional 2 hours, they canceled my order due a tiny fragment of a sentencethat was being said within my own household, and was hung up on. When I called back to let this said ?assistant manager? know,that what he heard wasn?t directed at him, I was shut down, I was yelled over, and just like that, I was hung up on AGAIN! DONOT I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS STORE!!!
The best handmade pan pizza crust... If I could give him a 100 star rating, they would definitely have my voice
I visited this restaurant with my father and kids. The cashier seemed overwhelmed with all the orders coming in. We decided to dine in and were informed there would be a 30-minute wait, which we understood. However, we ended up waiting almost an hour, only to find that our order was sitting on the pickup shelf the whole time. Another staff member eventually found our order and handed it to us, but then she was rude when my father asked for cups, stating, "Technically, I don’t have to provide cups." It was quite disappointing to leave a Domino’s like that. The Domino’s in Gardner, MA, where I usually order from, has always provided a good experience. Now I know which location to avoid. It’s also unprofessional to overhear staff laughing about how long customers are waiting for their orders.
I placed my order through the app and requested it to be well done, but no one answered the phone when I tried to call! I attempted to reach them over 10 times, and it was incredibly frustrating! Why doesn't the app have an option for well done or even well-well done? It's time for Domino's tech experts to review this!
