Panera Bread - Fishkill

Great food, but I asked the manager where to pick up online orders and he just said “the shelf” and walked away. How specific.

Place definitely needs a remodel but food is predictably good.

Lovely Kind Staff especially the White haired Gentleman, I think he is the manager, who was at the cash Register Tonight. I ordered food on the Panera website was ready in a decent amount of time for take out. Decided to make an additional purchase for a cookie when I got there. Thank You.

I recently placed an order online for pickup at 5:30. When my granddaughter went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the staff was very rude to her. They asked her many times what the name was for the pickup. Someone asked her a question then ignored her. This seems to happen often at this Panera. There have also been times when we’ve eaten in the restaurant and noticed it not being as clean as it should be. Panera is one of our favorite places to eat or take out just not this one.

I've been coming here to get my homework done for nearly a year now. I can legitimately say that I'm friends with some of the staff. The management here has always treated me so well, and they make such an effort to remember my favorite orders. I know Panera is a chain, but it really says something when this place starts feeling like home.
