Bidrage med feedbackThe main rib is just as good as before. The staff was very friendly and attention to detail. We eat here on a Friday night at 830 and there were only 2 other tables. However, they took the new England clam chowder from the menu. The pop overs were a little dryer, then I remember and the strawberry butter was not so sweet. But over everyone was a very good dinning experience. They had a grilled bacon plate that was excellent

We drove 45 minutes on a Friday night to our first food reserve at Hudson's and we can't wait to go back. We were a party of 7 and received excellent service from Jorge as soon as we sat. Wine, beer, martinis and margaritas were ordered and delivered quickly, and baskets of hot, freshly baked popovers with strawberry butter were served. These were such a hit that everyone on the table immediately placed additional orders home. Our appetizers included oysters, Calamari, lobsters and shrimp bisque, and the bacon plate with garlic butter I have never tried to be before and wound up one of my new favorite apps. Everything was fresh and full of taste. Our main courses included twin-locked tails, ribeye steak, veal, baby back ribs, chicken rollatini, beet salad with shrimp and salad with sea red tuna. Again, everything was ready for perfection and was one of the best meals we had in a while. Just when we thought there was no room for dessert, we decided on the chocolate lava cake, cinnamon tortilla with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce and cheesecake. While they were all delicious, the super creamy cheesecake was the star of the Dessert Show for me. Try it now! The new owners are friendly, attentive and welcome all feedback. You will not be disappointed!
Food was fair, but a little expensive for portion sizes. Great service. I'd go back. I would have paid the full price for the king's crab, but today they don't want to pay the big dollars for what I can understand.
We showed up at 2:30 not knowing they open at 4. They saw us in the lot, came out and said welcome and they will serve us. I had baby back ribs that were great! The service was top notch.
