Farm To Table Bistro - Fishkill

I can not say enough positive things about my experience at Farm to Table. I normally eat anything and everything and discovered recently I have a bunch of food allergies/sensitivities and am currently on an “elimination diet” (diary, eggs, gluten, sugar…yeah boring). I was so worried about where to dine while in town and meeting a friend. I called in advance and they were so incredibly understanding and said they can make anything according to my needs. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I showed up for my reservation and they already had a menu with items highlighted that I could enjoy and still offered any modifications I needed. Instead of feeling like a pain I felt completely comfortable/welcome. Bonus? Food was fresh and EXCELLENT. Loved everything. Staff friendly, great atmosphere. Will absolutely be back whenever I’m in town visiting family. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Thank you, thank you Farm to Table!!!

I had the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious. It could of been a little larger. It came with a side salad that was only mixed greens, nothing else. The service was good until the end, the server made my wife feel uncomfortable, and hounded her for payment. Not sure if we will be back.

As we entered the restaurant, I was disappointed to see that they have a sign proclaiming that “since nobody wants to work because of handouts”, they were short staffed. Okay, we were already there, so I chose to ignore the sign and we were seated at our table. Next, they have a snarky message on their menu explaining that they apply a 4% service charge to credit cards and this is the price you need to pay “for using the credit card to earn miles and points.” I want to be very clear that I have no problem with a service charge when using a credit card; it was the condescending message on the menu that left a bad taste in my mouth. There is another message on the menu explaining that they “don’t care” about reviews and “don’t read them.” They also apply a service charge of TWENTY PERCENT for parties of six or more. Not gratuity a service charge. The tables were not spaced far apart at all; I was three feet away from strangers on either side. None of the staff were wearing masks. Finally, as we were leaving, my husband and I noticed that an ENTIRE WALL of the restaurant was decorated with signs that said things like, “Let’s go Brandon!” or praising Donald Trump and criticizing Joe Biden. I was in absolute shock. Unfortunately, the food is quite good, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. The holier than thou messages and signs were incredibly tacky and unprofessional. No Covid precautions were taken whatsoever. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Food was delicious. Good bourbon selection and it's wall decor in the waiting/bar area is more than inviting. Proud to know there are places to dine at who love America still

The food here is amazing! The staff was unbelievably sweet aswell as the owner of the restaurant. They know how to treat customers even when they are extremely busy! Love, love this restaurant!
