Panera Bread - Fishers

There were 5 of us in our party, and we could still order the strawberry chicken salad (although it had already been taken from the menu, due to changing seasons). four of us 5 ordered the salate, but I was the only one who had not ordered it before. I found it lovely, and our group had a great time to go as well as ordering baked goods!

Eating was good, as always the customer service was terrible. it was as if you were dragging and there were three employees literally right there. they were too busy to dance or to be told by manager playfully what work they did, that was their responsibility on this day.

We eat from this place all the time and have never got bad service or bad eating, ordering or anything messed up. I don't know why there are such bad reviews. must be evaluated for the wrong location. I have the chicken and wild soup and it was so good. I actually wanted to get subway, but the suppe made me refresh. we always get the papaya, passion fruit green tee. we love this place and they never made us wrong, so 5 stars! I also have the chicken sandwich that was the whole rave. I tried the next day and just let me say. panera must hold on to panini 's. the first bite was just rough! tried as if they wanted to mix mayonnaise with buffalo sauce and only the whole taste when I tried to eat further into the sandwich was just rough. I couldn't even finish it! for the sandwich a zero if I could just the sandwich smh panera is great, but they should get away from making a chicken sandwich. her thing is panini because they are panera not burger king! chicken sandwich is no bueno for me.

I can't express how frustrating it is to place an order through the app, only to arrive and be told repeatedly that they don't have the items I purchased due to delivery issues. It's becoming ridiculous. If they genuinely don't have items like pastries, soufflés, etc., then they should stop marking them as available in the app.

Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest Panera Bread locations I've ever visited. While they may be short-staffed, basic cleanliness is essential for any establishment that serves food.
