The service and food were fantastic! I am always impressed and satisfied.

Amelia provided outstanding service as our server, and it was a special bonus to meet Chef Clarence before our meal. This enhanced my usual dining experience at the restaurant and solidified its place as one of my top favorites in Indianapolis.

We had to wait a significant amount of time for our food, and when it finally arrived, half of the order was incorrect and some items were cold. It seems like our order was forgotten by the waiter. Even when we received the correct order, some of the chicken was overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Terrible. No one wanted to wait for us. When we finally waited for it, it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered the laundry board we had at this place on and last night was an excuse for a laundry board. There were some pieces of meat on the board. One of them was disgusting. There are some cheeses. There was a spicy gel. There was no baguette or honey, as advertised on the menu. I'm not sure what we should wear the jelly. The laundry card was $28. Based on what was on the board, it should have been $8.99. Everyone around us complained about how nobody was there to wait for them. The couple next to us came there before we did, and they didn't order their food when we got our charcuterie. Our waiter felt that something was not right, so he thought he would open it to us by making us another terrible charcuterie board “on the house”. Thank you. We thought about ordering a little more food, but we didn't want to be there for three hours, so we got the check and left. I had some pizza when I came home because I was still hungry. Louvino is now officially from our list of restaurants.

We enjoyed another wonderful date night at Louvino. From the food drink to the service ambiance, it was definitely a 5 Star evening! Colton the manager is always so kind friendly. I would highly recommend a visit. Looking forward to our next visit!
