Dunkin' - Fishers

I've been here twice in store not drive thru. Lots of coffee, cold brew options. Not sure why it takes 10 minutes to get donuts. Save yourself some time and use the self order kiosk or mobile order.

I went to the drive thru this a.m. to order 3 medium lattes and 6 donuts. All the coffees were black even tho the label said lattes on all 3...the guy at the drive thru checked the labels before charging me. Charged for lattes and got black coffee. When I tried to call, the message was that the mailbox for the operator was full and accepting no calls. Couldn't even complain unless I took time and gas to go there, which I fully intend to do. Moral: don't trust the labels...check!

Still like new inside, but we ate outside since it was beautiful. I don't know that they have the donut selection they used to, but we were happy with our choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. Good coffee with several flavor choices.

Love, love, love this Dunkin location and will continue to drive out of my way to go to this location specifically!! The staff is so friendly and very fast!!

Worst Dunkin’ ever. The guy taking my order literally didn’t listen, then threw the donuts in the bag like he was throwing baseballs. The new pancake wake-up wrap is terrible. Looks nothing like the picture.
