Teriyaki Madness - Firestone

Haven't been to Teriyaki Madness in awhile, wanted something different and remembered TM was good. Order on the web and their site was extremely easy to navigate and use. Drove over to pick up and order and found it to be ready. The girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and professional the store was very clean and organized. I get home to enjoy my meal it was very flavorful the vegetables and noodles cooked to perfection wish I could say that about the chicken although seasoned great only was so over cooked almost impossible to eat kinda like leather. Extremely disappointing. Hopefully my next visit will make up for this time. Firestone,co restaurant

As an out of towner from Dallas, Tx. I tried this place recently and loved it so much I had to go back once more before heading home. ? Orange chick. And edamame were the bomb dignity ? ? ?

Recently (July/Aug 2023) teriyaki madness changed the beef they use in their beef dishes. It used to be tenderized chunks of fall-apart beef. Now it's thin strips of leathery lunch meat that is mostly gristle and fat. I tried the Johnstown and Greeley locations and both had this new meat that can best be described as looking like someone cut tongue depressors in half then mixed in some rubber bands so there would be two distinct textures. I'm guessing it was a cost saving effort from the sales reduction department. If you change it back, please reach out to me, so I will know it's safe to return, otherwise I'll eagerly be waiting to see what new restaurants lease your locations.
