The truffle pasta was rather bland and the truffle shaving were tasteless, but the pork Milanese was good, as were the sides. The desserts, however, made up for the subpar mains. The cheesecake was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, would go back just for the cheesecake. Also the red wine was served chilled, which was odd.
An exquisite culinary experience on the rooftop of the Hotel Hermitage. The steak tartare was delicious as well as the truffle ravioli. The local red wine was so distinguished that I had three glasses. The personnel is very friendly. It was definitely a fantastic experience. I wish we would have the opportunity to visit again soon.
So my wife and I were recommended this place by a dear friend. We enjoyed the food and the over all experience. I will t try to be brief. The fried mozzarella with truffle was very yummy and worth it. The shrimp cocktail was DROWNED in cocktail sauce was was disturbingly average. The steak was lovely and different. The pasta was excellent and one of our favorite “light” dishes. The gelato wasn’t very special. The cheesecake tasted too much of eggs. The Dai Dai ice cream was cute in its bite size shape. Finally the view and the weather was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.
