Nima Sushi Uramakeria (firenze)

Excellent, on the middle to foot, we jumped to this place. beautiful rolling, everything they can eat (but not everything they can eat.) several options, amazing rolling. next time they are looking for sushi in the center of florenz, go there!

The worst personal I have ever seen in a restaurant, so unprofessional and not helpful. in addition, from all the things listed on the menu, it did not offer a large part of it when I went, which was very disappointed. if YOU’RE vegan, don’t put her foot in this. place they even served me cream cheese (two) when I order a sushi labeled vegan, and if I didn’t have a feta up, unnecessary to say, it came with feta to the table. Honestly, worst experience and I would never sit back here.

Gone there in the middle of the week, it was full, fortunately we had our reservations. Modern place, speedy digitized ordering, dishes are pretty prompt to be delivered at your table. Uramaki is their specialty: really plenty of choices, good quality and tastes and really...huge dishes!! We also tried sashimi, tartare, edanameand tempura. Being quite familiar with japanese restaurants, I would say Nima is on the high band of the panorama, with reasonable price on top.

Unprofessional staff, please have some manners. Sushi is mostly creamy stuff, and without it the fish sadly doesn't taste that fresh.
