While for the most famous lasagna of Bologna, I struggle to eat other dishes, these are a disconcerting balance despite the richness of the filling. the sheep to the callara more brodosa than I remembered but still beautiful! only insignificant note, I would have preferred a slightly more abundant portion, given the appreciation. Judging from the reviews, we thought we would need a reservation on a friday night, but it was not as busy as expexted and we got a table straight away. The owner was very friendly and helped us choose from the menu. The food was delicious! Especially the tiramisu was extraordinary, definitely the best we had during our time in Florence.
