Chalet Il Boschetto - Firenze

Found this place on my way to our hotel. Nothing seemed to be open at 11:00PM with the exception of this little place. Old man prepared me a warm sandwich, fruit salad, and glass of chilled vino rosso all for 12 Euros! I then crossed the street to take in the beautiful night view of the old city.

Placed just next to the Piazzale Michelangelo is this tiny street kitchen. The man who works there is very professional, the menu is easy to understand and shows clearly what is vegetarian and what is traditionally Tuscan. The sandwiches are at a good price and OH MY GOD THOSE SANDWICHES! They were big, had a lot of cheese and were absolutely delicious. This was by far our best lunch in Florence, a must recomendation.

Had a small lunch with my family there today and we were really happy. The panini are huge, fresh and really tasty. I can also recommend the smoothies. The staff was ver friendly and helpful, prices are fine.

Super cheap place to eat. excellent quality/quality ratio and price. very kind staff.

We stopped by randomly. delicious sandwiches like the service, organized and friendly. pleasant surprise.
