The food is good and the staff very kind, nothing to say! But we waited an hour despite it was practically empty (4 tables occupied) and in the end when we asked for the bill, we paid a disproportionate salax compared to the courses. We were in 4: we took 6 meatballs (not 6 dishes, 6 meatballs of number), same speech for prawns in tempura (12 prawns), 3 sashimi, 12 uramaki and 20 nighiri (3 bottles of water) and paid 162,00 euros. 40 euros per head and 3 of us went out with hunger... He only saved what he took the nighiri. I'm sorry but we won't be back, Pontedera and Ponsacco offer Sushi in other places of excellent quality and at more acceptable prices. Here good food, beautiful location, but I count out of every logic.

I was in this Japanese restaurant with high expectations and instead I collapsed once the dishes arrived. I took a tasting menu consisting of 32 pieces for two people waiting to be satiated and instead, I was still hungry. So I ordered a roll dish is a salmon tartare. Delusion! Given the quality is average, the size of the roll is too small to be a non all you can eat so you don't know. Late dear to the proposal and overall excessive price. I would not return

Excellent dinner, the fish is of high quality and the uramaki exceed every expectation! Tastes and flavors special and good! We will definitely come back!
