Tim Hortons - Findlay

Today is my daughter's birthday, and the staff at Tim Hortons in Findlay off the interstate went above and beyond! We had informed them that we were coming to pick up birthday cake Timbits for her class, and when we arrived, the lady at the register surprised us with Boston Cream donuts, her favorite, complete with a candle! It truly made her day - thank you very much!

I always get the sausage croissant but last time I went the croissant had mold.Food: 3/5

Very kind and courteous staff. Lines inside and in drive through, but staff was cheerful and doing a great job. Great coffee and bagels! Thank you!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially during afternoon hours. However, the drive-thru worker could benefit from additional customer service training. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
