Khon Kaen Thai - Findlay

New name. The food is amazing, but last time I saw it while driving it has a new name, so I hope it will be still as yummy.

The Pad Thai is sweet and heavy on the tamarind, but perfectly spiced and still COMFORT FOOD! The Green papaya salad was quite good and very spicy. Spring rolls are vegan, unless you ask for shrimp or chicken. The fried bananas are a must!!! Great food, great price, and great service with a fun and funky atmosphere!

Tucked away in downtown Findlay is the small Khon Kaen Thai restaurant, situated next to another building. Despite its size, they have a bustling lunch crowd and go out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied. Their Pad Thai, a staple dish in Thai cuisine, receives high praise with a spicy and enthusiastic 'Thumbs Up.' The national dish offered leans towards savory flavors, and the Pad Kee Mow is equally flavorful. It's worth trying a variety of dishes on the menu. You can watch the skilled chefs cook and hear the sizzle of the food being prepared just a few feet away. Be prepared to leave with a full belly as the portion sizes are generous. Don't forget to tip well for the excellent service provided.

Best thai food I've ever had! Best fried rice I've ever had. Reasonably priced $8ish per dish, $1 thai rolls) and sweet staff. Cozy location is a cute tiny place to eat.

I have enjoyed everything I have ordered at this restaurant - it has all been hot, fresh, and delicious. There are many options for vegetarians, such as being able to substitute tofu for any meat dishes on the menu and the vegetable rolls are absolutely delicious. Although it is a small restaurant, I prefer dining in because of the warm and friendly atmosphere.
