Il personale è estremamente gentile e racconta i piatti in modo appropriato, la carta dei vini è interessante e i prezzi ragionevoli. Tuttavia, seppur non si discute sulla bontà e qualità delle portate, il prezzo è un po' troppo elevato. Le quantità sono medie e la presentazione non è ricercata così come alcune preparazioni non sono complicate, perciò non usciamo completamente soddisfatti dal conto anche se la serata è stata nel complesso positiva
Tucked away under an arch in the center of Filottrano is this small restaurant run by a very passionate and extremely capable couple. He is in the kitchen and she serves the tables with a lot of knowledge and an enthusiasm that radiates. We tasted a delicious pâté beforehand, after which my wife had a pasta with a special sauce of strongly reduced stock. I myself had goose from the oven in a sauce of Verdicchio, which was so beautifully lean that you could drink it without any problem.Dishes that each have a classic origin, but are served with a modern twist. Before dessert, the restaurant offered us a pre-dessert. Then we had chosen a zabaglione, followed by not just any cup of coffee, but a very special blend of arabica.All in all an experience and at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
Gallo Rosso is definitely our favourite restaurant in Filottrano. It serves beautiful dishes in a romantic and traditional atmosphere. We felt very welcome and the owner was incredibly helpful. The dishes were traditional but delicious. Thanks for a great experience.

My wife and I enjoyed a great dinner with a very kind and attentive service. Every dish is prepared in a special way. The goose „oca“ prepared in Verdicchio was outstanding as was the rest.
