The Ship Inn - Fife

Visited again as we used to live close by and regularly came for food. Been twice in the last few months and food and service have been exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff and portion sizes are huge. Food is fresh and cooked well. Will be back soon.

Fantastic lunch here last Wednesday with my mum and her friend. Food was delicious I had smoked mackerel and horseradish fishcake plus a haddock and chorizo one followed by hazelnut creme brulee. Best lunch out in ages. Staff couldn't have been nicer so helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Visited this pub years ago. This time it was a family lunch. We were well looked after. The food was very good and the portions were very large. So large we could not finish our meals. We all had different meals so won't mention them individually. The beer was very good too. Service was good. All in all we were very happy and would return.

Actually still in the ship, another fabulous meal, pate, burger, bourginonne, staff an absolute joy, service fab. A must go to. Can't wait to return. Julie Hugh sneddon

What an excellent find while out walking in Limekilns/Charlestown today. We decided to pop in for a bite to eat and were made so welcome although we hadn’t booked as just walking by. Lovely atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly staff. Thank you for accommodating us and we’ll definitely return and recommend to others.
