The Pancake Place - Fife

Never. many who choose from hot to cold. the food was good. pancakes, where beautiful and many choices in toppings

Was simple and definitiw not recommended. prawan serve looked like she was ready to break in dig, maybe because the place was freezing. my large ordered garlic bread, chips. the first garlic bread came cold, so it was sent back in the second, although warmer had no taste of garlic, but a very strong taste of margarine. chips had given a fast dive in friteuse to heat them again, but also barely cooked. we also had 3 pancakes with butter that were hardly warm. in dunfermline they get two pancakes, but here it was just one. When I was complaining, I was told that it was made fresh. I find that hard to believe, it seemed everything as if it were reheated (very bad)! the cost for garlic bread were taken from the bill that I enjoy the cappuccino. will certainly not be back.

I've tried this place a couple of different times and it's no where near as good as there resturants in Dundee or Dunfermline. It is quite expensive for what it is. We ordered a side of chips and the bowl was dirty (had dry brown sauce on the side of the bowl) I was really hoping it would get better as it's location is great for me on breaks from college. Unfortunately I won't be going back as it's staff (waitress and manager) are extremely poorly trained on customer service and the food is not worth the money at all. It also feels very dated and dirty. I would avoid it at all costs now!

This place was formerly so busy and popular when I grew up, but unfortunately I am quite sure that it is not the same owner now, it is a bit expensive, the food average.

It was decent not to sell. the pancakes are funny enough where the harm is! I had the peanut butter pancakes of reese with hot toffee sauce and oh my I was in a lot of how big it was. the 1 2 star ratings are quite accurate, but seem just a few and far in between. the only thing to stop a 5 star was the tipping request on the card machine. I really agreed. large service overall.
