Mcdonald's Restaurants - Fife

Went through the drive through for a couple of ice creams and used a pile of change we were trying to get rid off and the young girl had to count it twice and still unsure if it was all there! Not used to cash handling these days, how appalling!

Ordered a chilli wrap . Was inedible !! Poorly filled . Couldn’t find the lettuce but it was hiding behind the two pieces of chicken which was swimming in the mayonnaise!! No chilli sauce anywhere . When I complained I was told I had eaten at least half but that was only the wrap as the top half had no filling !! I was grudgingly promised another one but after waiting for ages it never came so I walked out .

Worst place ever totally disorganised kids who work their don't give a t@ stay clear at every cost if you don't want bad service

I would think this is probably left here as a comment a lot. I rarely have fast food and have not had McDonald's in few years. Just a silly craving tonight whole watching cooking shows and drive to this McDonald's. Ordered cheese quarter pounder wti fries and coke and a chicken mayo with back. Got served in 15seconds the time it took us to pay). No questions about nay sauces or salt/pepper, opening the bad in couple minutes the food was cold and tasteless, the coke did not have a single ice cube in and was warm and flat I am guessing these were premade at least a couple of hours ago. Just a reminder why I just pass by any McDonald's. I tried.. never again unfortunately :

No good morning or anything just what do you want Ordered a coffee and a hash brown this morning 17/12/20 at 07:38, Drive to the window to pay no one there waited 5 min then I thought to drive to the next window just incase there is a problem with the till or something, To be offered the drink and the food of the van behind me, and I told her that thats not my order and I told her I have not paid yet to be grunted Left my payment to the window like a fool and I left. Its disgusting and very unprofessional and definitely not going back.There are better places that offer great service in Fife
