Caffe Teatro Romano - FIESOLE

With a sweet spot overlooking the ancient Teatro of the Fiesole Archeological Museum. The menu offered is very good value with simple, authentic dishes like local pasta with seasonal cinghiale sauce, wild boar, that is, and extremely tasty. Father and daughter are front of house and look after their patrons with care and attention. We were even told how to make the ribollita soup which gets better and better in the days after it is prepared.

Came here the first time a week ago with a friend.. was blown away by the view.. simple cafe with genuine warm service.. enjoy a good cappuccino indoor or outdoor (weather permits). I came back here (a week after my first visit) for a good hour (whilst waiting for a friend) had a cappuccino and knitted in peace (soaking in the lovely tuscany view). Apparently when i left, i dropped a earring and the kind owner ran out after me to return it to me. Will definitely come back during my stay if chance permits

On hot days you can sit outside and enjoy the cooling breezes of this hillside location, while on cooler days it's quite comfortable inside and you still get to enjoy the panorama of the valley with the Roman theatre in the foreground. The food is home-cooked and not expensive. A delightful spot.

Completely negative experience regarding service. even if the place is beautiful, the service has left me so bitter that I will not return. a rocky coffee and a coca cola 9€, nine euro! ok it was written that the service at the table was not included, but switch from a coke that on the card is hung on the wall, that what we found on the tables next to us nb no one provided to provide us a but we had to go look for for it costs 2,50 € to 4€ is really from thieves. and for coffee shake 5€ I leave you comments! without sugar or milk, they had to shake a tool and go. and wanted at least one cash payment if it did not exceed 10€, so we tried anyway with the card but the guy said there was no service, so in the end we had to pay in cash. Moreover, when I point out that the price of the service was not shown to us and nb we asked the prices of other foods when we ordered, so clearly we were interested in knowing indicatively the expense that the bar lord got angry and we did not come at least apologize.
