Sanafollia Gluten Free - FIDENZA

Fanstastic restaurant near Fidenza luxury outlet mall... menu mixes traditional and local Italian dishes with some fusion and fish offerings. Everything is good. We ordered a bunch of things and shared -they were patient with us. Local appetizers, interesting first and second dishes. Desserts good, normal. Prices better than reasonable for this level of gourmet food.

My family who live just down the road in Pontremoli had never been to this restaurant or to the little city of Fidenza, but we happened on it while desperate to find an open restaurant during the Ferragosto holiday. Turned out to be a culinary wonder where the food and everything else is in the best of taste. The signora who hosted us was also the photographer whose terrific photos hung on the walls. The food was extraordinary. The diners were all local.

On a road trip to the Lakes, we needed to break our journey for dinner. This place was excellent. Lady running it was lovely. Menu was interesting. Food quality was high and very good value for the price point. Pasta dishes all fresh/homemade. Highly recommend Polpo main.

Semplice ma curato l'ambiente , carinissima la proprietaria, cibo ottimo .......... non sono della zona , ma spero di tornarci .
