A restaurant close to the highway, accessible quickly. Possibility to eat a buffet formula or order on the menu. The furniture and decoration are rather recent (damage for floor tiles that breaks the aesthetic dynamics of the room). Staff remain professional despite a few gaps in service. I think that the restaurant is more oriented towards a passing clientele (especially with the presence of the hotel), than a customer of inhabitant. ________________________________________________________________ Service: Effective service, some gaps in service (Presentation of the map, aperitives that are no longer in stock, communication, organization). We stay on nice staff with a smile. Aperitif: Choosing interesting aperitif, unfortunately on the day of our visit the card was not a day and the two beers were not in stock. Nice discovery of blonde ERMIN beer. The dish : Braised beef limousin Cooking is successful, The products are fresh and well cooked, the texture of the meat in the mouth is good. Well seasoned Quantity of the slightly light dish Le Dessert : Trépaîs à la façon du Provençal : We find the characteristics of the speciality pastry of the Limousin. We had lunch in this restaurant on Saturday noon. The activity was important: the reception was relatively average because we did not book. Yet we were allowed in. The organisation concerning the ordering was amazing: no card provided except that of the dishes of the moment. Clearly, we had to guess that there was a map displayed at the other end of the restaurant... The arrival of drinks and dishes is still done quickly. There is also an entrance buffet and desserts. The dishes are good and hearty despite a rather nervous beef meat and frozen fries. The desserts are correct.
