Very friendly service. French fries baked to perfection in fresh oil, giving them the right, slightly crispy consistency. Bravo! The burger with meat from the region's most renowned butcher was class. The caramelized onions and the subtly spicy sauce make the US classic a highlight here. The location right on the Rhine with relaxing jazz lunge music rounded off the successful trip.

We ordered two beef hamburgers, two fish crisps and for the little one, almost two years old, chicken crisps with fries. This was then ready to be picked up at the self-service counter within a reasonable amount of time. We had nothing to complain about with the hamburger and the fish crunchies, the chicken crunchies with fries were, as announced when we ordered, only 3 chicken crunchies, but one of these chicken crunchies was only about 2 cm long and no thicker than a normal fries. When asked about it, the service only said: it wasn 't their fault, the butcher shop would deliver it that way. First of all, as a clever cook/restaurateur, I wouldn 't even dare to put such a miserable piece of chicken crispy on the plate as one of three. Second: if so, I would add the small croissant to three normal chicken crisps. Third: If I, as a guest, draw your attention to this before eating, I don 't expect the statement We 'll get it delivered like this , but: Excuse me, we 'll bring you an extra crunchy one. I think at 8.50 chf you can expect that. As I said, the rest was perfect.
