The most delicious and by far the most original pasta I have eaten in Italy. The home made bread was very good compared to the dry loaf of bread you usually have to eat. Dishes were refined and well presented. It is high level cooking! Excellent!!
Lovely restaurant in a peaceful setting. Friendly owner/chef prepares very generous portions of delicious local food.
The menu card was both in Italien and english, and the staff was kind to explain the dishes. It was very good and the waiter found the perfect wine for our food.
My girlfriend and I have been traveling a lot in the last few years. We have have visited dozens of restaurants on our trips. We’ve seen some really nice restaurants. However, I had never before been to a restaurant such as CUCINA 503, located in Ferrera. This restaurant is definitely a place you don’t get to visit every day. What I liked the most about CUCINA 503 restaurant was the food. I admit I had never been a big fan of Italian cuisine, however, after my visit to CUCINA 503, this changed. I fell in love with it. The food was so delicious. Everything was perfect…. Appetizers, Main Dishes, Desserts… You name it! This restaurant is one of the places where you can see what true Italian pasta tastes like. This was the place where I really enjoyed every single course. For me, the food they serve in this restaurant is not just food… Let’s say they that with every course they serve you a piece of art. Besides the food, I liked the interior of the restaurant. Everything is decorated in a beautiful way. The walls are decorated with some amazing wall paintings and other decorations. You get an impression that you are in an art gallery, and not in a restaurant. The place really looks good. It makes you feel special. Another thing I liked about this restaurant is the staff. Everybody is so polite, kind, and cheerful. You don’t get to see that a lot. Every single person is trying to make you feel at home. When it comes to the staff, one member of the staff really made an impression on me. I think he is called Alessandro… He works as a barman and he is really good. He made us some amazing cocktails and told us about his life, his family, and his ways to prepare cool cocktails. It was really interesting to spend time with him. Well, that’s all folks! I feel I could write few more pages about this restaurant, but, I don’t want to ruin the fun. I’ll give you a chance to visit it and to experience what I had experienced while visiting this amazing place…
