We placed our order through the app, and I received a call right away informing us that they were out of Alfredo sauce, which wasn’t a big deal. In other places, I wouldn’t be surprised if we ended up with some random sauce or none at all. Overall, we were really pleased with our first experience and we plan to become regular customers at these prices. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the best part: the amount of sauce! I asked for extra sauce and even offered to pay for it, but it felt like I was being told I was asking for something unreasonable at other places. Here, I didn't even have to ask, and they provided just the perfect amount of sauce! Thank you to the team for a great experience!

The staff could be a bit friendlier. Food: 4/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 3/5. Overall, there's room for improvement.

If there was a zero-star rate, that would be the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was at the front of the place, say hello twice no answer,) waited about 8 min to come to someone and take the order, but instead the ladies just turned their back to me and kept chatting and with the phone. on the other side of the load some male laughs could be heard, but at all no service. simply close the place if they are not ready to operate.
