Bidrage med feedbackI went in this morning to make sure I got my order correct, I normally go to this Starbucks at least 3-4 times a week and I order the same thing everything time: a grande matcha latte with almond milk and unsweetened. Normally it still has a little sweet taste and I spoke with a barista a few weeks ago that said they have to put a little sweetener in it or it will be chalk like. This last time is was chalk like so I went into the store this time to order and to make sure it was not chalky. The man that was taking my order who seemed to be either the owner or a manager went to take my order, I explained that I come in often and order the matcha latte and I explained my concern about making sure it’s not chalk like and told him what I was told by a barista because at that point he was being very short and rude with our of nowhere! I’ve worked in customer service for years, I work with people on disability so extremely sick people who have a reason to be short or rude and never in my life have I been spoken to rudely right off the bat without any provocation. I asked why he was being so rude with me and he told me to order already and that I didn’t order from that store and was certainly not told about a sweetener to not make it chalk like and that he had no idea what I was talking about and I clearly was taking up his time asking this one simple question. He was aggressive and disrespectful to the point were I walked out and immediately began crying. It’s very difficult for me to even express concerns to strangers and to have an employee/owner/ manager talk to someone like that out of nowhere is unacceptable. My 3-4 visits per week are no longer going to happen and I will be escalating this to corporate! No one should be treated like that for asking a question.
We're able to answer questions about allergies, the owner was super helpful. Great service, we really like it.
Usually when you go into Starbucks and order a drip coffee, they just pour it and send you on your way. But here, they slot you into the queue behind everyone ordering drinks with extended prep time so you get to wait 10 minutes for them to fill a cup. It makes no sense.
