This restaurant is a great place, a hidden gemAs part of a fantastic 4 star hotel, it inst hard to pass by without stopping here.

This place was almost missed because not listed as a place to eat in Fernie, and part of a hotel! I was surprised at how good food is, eggs were great bacon

Local contractor invited me for lunch and it seemed like it was his secret favourite spot.

The food was great and the menue was varied. The waitstaff was frinedly and helpful. All in all a great place !

Food was so so. Music was way too loud. Ordered a lemonade and got 7 up. Waiter said he didn't know what lemonade was so gave us 7 up. Nice guy, but why not ask...

The Bistro was very busy but the two servers and the kitchen did a good job of keeping up to demand. The breakfast was very tasty.

The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Its not as busy as the Pub so you can actually have a conversation. The service was also very good.
