Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fernie

I visited the restaurant with my child and ordered a kid's meal, which was fine. I also ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and made sure to repeat my order to avoid any confusion. However, the girl at the drive-thru on Thursday seemed unenthusiastic and unhappy, and it appeared she didn't get my order right. After driving across town to pick up the kid's meal, I opened mine only to find a spicy flamethrower burger instead. I can’t handle spicy food, so I ended up going to bed without dinner—wasting both my meal and my money. This is unacceptable, especially with food prices on the rise. Please improve your service!

The service was very good and efficient. The restaurant has late hours and is conveniently situated by the roadside.

The staff was exceptional, and the blizzards were scrumptious! As for kid-friendliness, the team was great with our daughter, especially since it was her first time having an ice cream cone!

This is one of the best Dairy Queens I've been to. The chicken burgers are delicious, and I was thrilled to find they serve DQ cake in a cup. On both occasions, they brought my food to the table, which was a nice touch.
