Ordnete 'Cast Iron Short Ribs ' (beef) got the (pork) St Louis Ribs, which is about 30% unedible due to fat and over boiled jerk. 1 extremely light layer of sauce, which only covers about 75% of one side... He made it back to my hotel to meet the toilet... Violent Caesar salad and vegetables were great! Service was fast and the server was very attentive (except to order the wrong dish). Very spacious atmosphere with a beautiful relaxing view and ambience. *Worked answer to the owner* To be clear, I was not violently ill, but got explosive diarrhea 15 minutes after the meal and then I was fine. I'm sorry I'm not the guy who's supposed to force all the employees to get me a court and wait a 1/2 hour. To say that all your employees tried the exact court I had and are fine less than 45 minutes after I published my review, is very suspected that the least say. The court that is asked how it sounds great in words on a menu should 't deter from the fact that mine, and the other person on my table 's same dish (also incorrectly ordered) was absolute garbage! I am not concerned about a refund and hope in the future, as an entrepreneur, your review answers to constructive criticism can be met with a degree of justice.

The food was amazing for our wedding in September. We have chosen the option to mix and fit our menu and the whole food was delicious. The urethra and the cedar-plank salmon were as good as the mushroom ritotto. It was also great to have a midnight dinner for our guests and we definitely recommend the Taco bar. Penny also made us a beautiful wedding cake - it was one of the best chocolate cakes with butter milk icing I had: . Thanks again Penny and your team!

We have traveled from Revelstoke to Fernie for the last 4 days. Most of the meals were meh! Then we found Cast Iron Grill. We started with the cow soup. I'm proud of my soup. That's the best soup I've ever had. I would have been happy with a mini baguette fresh from the oven and a large bowl of soup. But. We wanted to try everything. I'm still stuffed out of dinner so can't think too much to write, but I'll say it's the best meal I had in years. The waiter, who also had a great personality, and a patron, also recommends that we try the Brickhouse in the city. This will have to wait for our next trip, but it's on the agenda.

I am a huge prime rib lover. This is the only place in town that offers prime rib and they do it to perfection. It is a call ahead procedure, to make a reservation as well as to state that you want the prime rib and how you like it cooked. We wanted it rare, so set the reservation for 5:30. This beat my last two experiences at the keg by a long shot.
