Ruckus Taco Co - Ferndale

We hired Ruckus Tacos to cater our daughter’s graduation party. The food was amazing!! We ordered the chicken, short rib and cauliflower tacos. They were all so delicious!! All of our guests loved the tacos as well. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with in planning the event. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others!!

We attended a wedding event where they hired this company to provide the food. Staff were friendly and nice, and they were pretty accommodating as well when we mentioned that some of us were strictly vegan. They provided 3 different options for the tacos: 1) adobo grilled chicken, 2) beef barbacoa, and 3) chili lime cauliflower. I was fortunate to get to try all three, and surprisingly the one I liked the most was the cauliflower. My close second favorite was the chicken. Both the real meat options were good, but I would say the meat was a little more dry than I would ideally expect. For the side, we got to choose one of 3 options: rice, beans, or elote (which is a classic Mexican street food of corn on the cob charred on the grill, then slathered in a spicy and creamy chili, garlic, and Cotija cheese-spiked sauce). I went with the corn and it didn't disappoint. It had so much flavor. It was pretty awesome.
