Sit in the drive through for 3 minutes without being noticed. Loop around to try and be able to order. Have another car pull in ahead of you during that. See that they order over $30 of food. Try to order anyways even though there will now be at least a 10 minute wait. Can I get two tacos? Voice comes back....sorry, we 're out of tacos. Like seriously....why even bother.
My recent visit to Jack in the Box left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, largely due to the unacceptable behavior of one particular staff member—a red-haired teenager who seemed more interested in their phone than attending to customers. Not only was the service excruciatingly slow, but the teenager's attitude was downright appalling.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with indifference by the red-haired teenager, who appeared to be more focused on texting than acknowledging customers. When I attempted to place my order, their response was dismissive and bordered on rudeness. It was evident that they had little regard for providing satisfactory customer service.Throughout my visit, the teenager's lack of professionalism and respect for customers was glaringly obvious. They displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a patron. It's disheartening to encounter such apathetic and disrespectful behavior in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.In addition to the poor service, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the ambiance was far from inviting. It's evident that there are significant issues with both the staff training and the maintenance of this particular Jack in the Box location.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when patronizing any establishment. Unfortunately, my experience at Jack in the Box fell far short of these expectations due to the unacceptable behavior of the red-haired teenager working there. I sincerely hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Jack in the Box to others.
The kid who took my order was inordinately rude. He wouldn't or could not directly answer any of my questions. Gave me a pitifully small amount of fries. I ordered a large andbit was 4 bites worth of food. I came back to ask for water and he told me it was going to cost 4.25 for water unless I got a small then I asked what size a small was, he picked up a cup and filled it without declaring it, then refused to give it to me and verbally attacked me for being rude. I requested the water several times and to know his managers name several times and he said he wasn't going to tell me his managers name, shut the window, then I think I saw him videotaping me as I left.I think that little tik tok brat needs to go back to kindergarten to get an education on question asked question answered.I would never go back to that site on my own and if I were the manager I'd fire him and tell him this review is why.I don't buy fast food french fries or leave review often but the cilantro sauce and service there suck.And that kid isn't worth his wage.
