Ferintosh Hotel

A small group of us went to Ferintosh to the Hotel tavern for supper on a Friday night. It had been a while since I had been to a small town bar and walking through the door brought back memories of other similar places. There were lots of people when we got there about 7:00 pm and the place was noisy. Keep in mind that this is a licensed bar so no minors are allowed in. We ordered a drink and got menus. They serve typical pub food, burgers, pizza and the like. We ordered three pizzas for the eight of us. It did take a long time for them to come but we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. When we got them they were unbelievably thick, like nearly an inch thick with toppings. We ordered three different one, the Mexican, which was very tasty but could have been a bit spicier for my taste, Ham and Cheese, lots of meat and cheese but not much sauce and the Ferintosh special, fully loaded and my favorite. I should add that the crust was very good.So if you are ever in Ferintosh and looking for a bite to eat and something to quench your thirst, take a chance and stop at the Hotel Tavern.

Beautiful and Charming B&B, helpful personable hosts. Comfortable atmosphere-wonderful retreat.

My husband, my two children and I stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast next to a lake.

My only complaint is that I could have eaten more and the bed was squeakyMy wife didn't like it as much.

The Ferintosh Hotel serves the best pizza in the Camrose/Bashaw/Ponoka region. Their other menu items are also of good quality. The owners are friendly and provide great service. Whenever I am in the area, I make sure to stop by for dinner if time allows.
