Bidrage med feedbackI purchased some jerky, brats, beef sticks, and a couple of ribeye steaks from this restaurant. I decided to cook the ribeye steak using a reverse sear method, smoking it until it reached 110 degrees and then finishing it off with a quick sear in a cast iron pan. The flavor and quality of the steak were excellent.
I just purchased a sausage potato ring and had it for dinner. It was delicious.
The smoked fish was generously sized, while the beef was flavorful but slightly tough to chew. The meat was sliced with the grain, when it should have been sliced against the grain for a more tender texture.
Amazing options, out, the best quality, and the service of the employees here is so wonderful! I would definitely recommend to check it if they didn't!
I love this place absolutely for its high quality meat and excellent service. the bark sticks are amazing, and somehow I always go out with two or three packs. tender, fresh and filled with taste are three words that describe the chicken breast. Look at it!
