I found a hair mixed in my egg, and when I asked a waiter, he just took my plate away. There was no follow-up or response from them. It wasn 't until we asked about it when we were paying the bill that we realized the waiter had forgotten about it. When we inquired about how to resolve the issue, his response was that I had almost finished my meal before finding the hair, and it wasn 't noticed at the beginning, so they had incurred costs, and they couldn 't do much, at most offering a $5 discount! I couldn 't understand this explanation. Finding a hair in my food is very unpleasant to me! The restaurant 's loss was due to their own mistake, but they expected me to pay for it. I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant, not just because of the hygiene issue but also because of their attitude in handling the problem. It felt like they were saying, It 's your fault for not noticing it earlier; we could have replaced it if you had, but now it 's your bad luck.
