Cafe Marko - Feock United Kingdom

Been here twice now both times for breakfast. Very busy with gym goers. We have the Salmon , Avo Smash and bacon wrap. All arrived at the sane time without much of a wait. Ordered at counter<br/ <br/ Coffees are above average. Although service is prompt at busy times they need one more server.

I found out about Marko's through a sponsor advertisement that popped up in Instagram. the fact they were in my new local and had a photo of a goulash bread bowl suckered me right in.<br/ <br/ seeing the menu almost felt like home! Balkan food all over the menu! meat and pork galore! I didn't know what to choose!? after 15 mins of deliberating, EatsWithMiffy and I went a shake,a cheeseburger and that damn sexy breadbowl!<br/ <br/ The Malteser Milkshake is decadent. chunks of chocolate, biscuits and lots of fresh cream. you almost feel a little guilty sucking on this, but it doesn't stop you. so yummy!<br/ <br/ The cheeseburger is so big and so juicy that you have to inhale while you take a bite otherwise it drips sauce and juices all down your hands. that American plastic cheese is amazing.<br/ <br/ The goulash was slow cooked goodness. the pork fell apart with every prodding. the crisp and doughy bread roll soaked up that goulash into a thick buttery soup. best meal I've had in so long.<br/ <br/ the service here is great. Ice came out with our cola can and they even had a chat with is while our food was being prepared. Will be back for breakfasts and more dinners. We need to try that food from the homeland!

What a hidden gem. This cafe has an extensive menu, great service and excellent food. We ordered from the lunch menu I had the chicken schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce, coleslaw and chips and my husband had the steak sandwich on sourdough bread. The banana milkshake came in a huge mug that was more than enough for the both of us. I also have my eyes on the items under the naughty but nice section of the menu and will definitely return to try those along with other items. Highly recommended!

Better than a lot of cafes in the popular inner west of Sydney. Went for brunch on a Sunday at about 10am. It was a bit quiet so easy to get a seat. Everyone was really friendly, the guys seem to know the names of all the locals. Coffee was satisfying. Food was really great, exceeded expectations!
