Bidrage med feedbackHi I have honestly tried avoiding writing this for the past year but it doesn’t seem to get any better. As a loyal customer for the past 4 years, it’s actually very disappointing. I used to order açai bowls regularly until they changed the ingredients. The last time I ordered one it had big pieces of clear plastic all through it, which I nearly choking on it due to this. I did not get so much as an apology and reluctantly they gave me a refund for it. The Coffee is a hit and miss every single time without fail. I am a Muslim scarfed woman, I ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich just the other day and they put ham in it. I didn’t realise it was ham and I ate a piece before I realised. When I complained they smirked at me and refused to give me a refund and only offered to make me a new one. I have continued to be let down completely and I have given them the benefit of the doubt and continue to go back, I may be local but I will never be going back again. You really need to get ontop of training your staff properly.

Shocking ! ordered 2 croissant cheese and tomato toasted prompted numerous times and says wait 5 mins. They didn't appear interested except for customer ordering coffee and not busy. sitting down chatting until we asked again and again. Definitely not a place to order or wait. Bad customer service. Eventually after 40 mins we asked for a refund. Still no croissant was cooked! Service: Dine in
