The food tasted great. the presentation was very impressive. the in operation of the service was quick to start, but then something back. it could have been more consistent. the personal was very professional. phillip our server has made an excellent job.

We visited 2018 goldberg and had an amazing experience. eating, service, everything all around. as a result goldberg was the most logical choice for us to celebrate the birthday of our son in this week. about 5-6 hours before our arrival we called the restaurant to inform them that it was birthday of my sohne and asked if they did something special for celebrating a birthday (as some restaurants do); we said they would decorate the table for the opportunity and do something special with one of the meal presentations. when we arrived, despite the previous assurance that it would be done to zero effort. next we ordered the premium wine pairing with the set menu, unfortunately the waiting staff and sommelier complete the service of our weins with the first cure by the delivery with the amouse bouche. the sommelier corrected his mistake, but did not offer any explanation until I called him to the table to ask what was going on. then everything went well until we waited an hour for the appetizers. what was interesting, because parties who entered with reservations one or more hours after us served the appetizer for the same time. while we waited, there was no communication from waiting staff, no pouring out a glass wee while they wait, etc. we were in about 25-30 michelin with restaurants in 1-2 hours radius of stuttgart, as well as france, spanias, and croatien and can not remember that last time a wait staff and sommelier got it so wrong with absolutely no explanation or try to make the dinge right. unfortunate because the menu served was really very pleasant.

An excellent gourmet restaurant on the outskirts of stuttgart (in fellbach), the highly qualified chef and kitchen are characterized by elegant, modern interpretations of regional classics. the food is made with the best ingredients, full of taste and beautifully presented. go for the six courses tasting menu to experience the highlights of the kitchen. the wine pairings are great and a perfect opportunity to taste the right wine with each cure at a very reasonable price, actually. service is very personal and friendly, but super professional no detail is overlooked. a second star could be good at the horizon. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
