The friendly Italian I was quite sure, from the dialect he came from the south, i.e. clearly south of the Swabian Alb led us to our table and immediately brought the appealing cards, with the words that they can choose from, to the table. Only the salads hadn't done so much to us that day. For this all the more a Vitello Tonnato 8,90 for both of us as an appetizer. When choosing the drinks, I recorded short-term snap breathing. I looked over the three beers that were shown on the map among the myriads of wines. Pils 0.33/3,50€, wheat beer 0.5/3,80€ and a building-like alcohol-free wheat populated a very wine-loaded map. Now there were drinkable and cool beers that quickly came to the table. I don't know their origins, but tastefully they were absolute mainstreamers. Nix Special but not bad. It is understandable that this was and lies in other areas. My dear wife ordered a special organ when the cameriere was visited. However, as Cola/Spezi was only presented in bottles, there was a special 0.33/2,80€ and a bottle of mineral water 0.5/3,50€ . Maybe even better, because at the end a sip of mineral water will be drunk. My dear mother would have been after some appetizer, but she feared too early saturation. So it was good to see that when the Vitello Tonnato was emptied, two extra disks were asked. Let's split it through three. And the Vitello Tonnato was fabulous. Butterclayed veal, which could almost be crushed with the tongue on the palate, with a pleasant tuna cream. Great. Only a tiny little trace more intensity should have been allowed to have the cream according to my taste. This, however, at a high level. But the veal was just a dream. That had been a good impression. To this end, a well-made bread was served, whose consistency was excellently overcrowded and its aroma could also delight. I could not classify the aroma and a demand for a younger waiter remained in the promise to question. Too bad. But it was great and we didn't have to worry too quickly. As a main dish, my mother laughed at a Filetto di Agniello al Balsamico con Verdure 24,90. So lamb fillet in balsamic sauce with vegetables. Lamb is not mine. But someone has to eat that stuff. There is no frightening about my choice here: A pizza salami plus garlic 7,70 0.20. Pizza. And that even though made pasta lured. But women are sometimes, or usually, unfamiliar. So she chose my astonishment: Pizza quattro Stagioni plus garlic 10,10 0.20 . Short note: Surprisingly small prices for extra ingredients. We've experienced that differently. T.T. even really undamaged. So that could also be nice. And the main dishes had also fallen. And how! My mother was completely enthusiastic about the lamb fillet. My dear wife was allowed to try and confirm the very good impression. Great and simple. The pizzas I gather now: “Same, same but different”, would my Japanese colleague say now. It was a slightly unusual dough. Probably with very little yeast. The margin had risen rather little. In fact, I prefer this already here, however, it did not stop the enjoyment. He was crooked in the top layer, and in the inside he was a little airy. The bottom very thin but not softened until the middle and not hard. But the taste! The dough of tasteful intensity as it would have been with other 08/15 pizzas for the whole evening. No more dreams, but a dream. The sugo did it the same to the dough and also enjoyed with excellent spice. The coating otherwise of neat amount and, of course, also tasty. Especially the garlic shined through optical, tasteful and olfactory presence. A “sharf” already ordered at the order came to the table at the same time and did not have to hide. Yes in improper use, it even got into the foreground and had the potential to make the nose run or run. To call out eye pip. For me only unbelievably sweet; for my mother another aperol splash 6. What else would be to be noticed: at the beginning I feared that it might be quite loud in the room. It wasn't like that. Either the guests have just acted accordingly or the ceiling is actually a sound swallower. The quite new and attractively furnished toilets are in turn located in the deep area. The same topic: Accessibility unknown to me. The table number was then paid at the checkout next to the refrigerator. A short conversation with the topic: Why Schlemmerblock? The result was that it was simply acquainted and that a customer base has now emerged. That's what I see. In the Schlemmerblock this house should not be listed soon. In a friendly decision, I told the Cameriere that we would certainly not have seen each other for the last time. Sure!
Excellent Trattoria! delicious food as well as a wide selection of different wines and Italian dishes from an excellent quality! Who wants to be well operated is high quality and delicious.

The best Italian restaurant in the area. Very delicious and high quality ingredients. The pizzas and the wine are ingenious and the chocolate cake with the warm core and an espresso to dessert a poem. Great Italian flair and very nice staff.
