Bidrage med feedback.so in the middle of the Carwitz lies the guest house juhl so that the platter German name fits, and you certainly don't need a platter German in conversation with the service. I'm almost 25 years in Carwitz, but there's only the oldest villagers. In the middle of the village you can hear more berlin dialect in the village of Fallada. I've never been there in us outside and on the map you are very rustic and bourgeois. So far, I have never been able to move to steer my steps there. we were back with our good friends in Carwitz and on Friday night we decided to eat in the village and decide spontaneously where we wanted to eat. the day we wandered and therefore starved and thirsty towards the evening. we strolled through the village, into the center and looked through the illuminated windows from the inn Juhl. and it was agreed that we will go in July and see how it will please us. we entered the rustic and simple dining room. two ladies in service had not yet much to do and our question about a table for both of us was answered with the note on two tables in the dining room that were still free. we chose the smaller ones. the young lady brought us the card and asked for our drink request. first little joy, at the zapfhahn staropramen from Czechia, the dark beer that was ordered immediately. the card was handed over to the joy hunt, that could please, I was curious what I would see on the very compact Easter card. To be honest, I was somewhat disappointed by the eyes, the motto of the map had made me hope for a higher culinary claim. that was very rustic, so it fits the surroundings of the house. But I lacked very local reference, except the Zander and the Wildbread, it was very common. I couldn't make any appetizers. my question was answered with the hint of a fish soljanka. the somewhat tristere (as expected) selection ended with a same order with my wife and me. the soljanka and the zander should be so that the regionality was a little secured. It took a while until the Soljanka was served. I am very much wessi than half the Dutch and cannot really judge the quality of East German Charling soup. but I can say if I tasted what was served me and tasted it. the suppe had the expected acid ton of the vinegar, she found herself plentiful in the suppe of him. small pieces of fish unleashed origin. the strong taste on freshwater fish. the whole thing was then tomatized and tastefully costed. this suppe was ok! to the main menu. bratkartoffeln are unfortunately in the feldberger seen landscape supplement number one and actually every dish is accompanied by it. our zander fillet was accompanied by a salad. the salad itself presented itself neatly fresh, it would have been nice to make the dressing itself, but unfortunately one had caught a bottle here. Deity! also the bratkartoffels were not particularly good. very bright they were, the cook did not have enough time in the fat. added that the wobbles were not even minimally glassy, but almost raw. well prepared the tender, better the fillet, very lightly grounded was the juicy and tasty. but the cook did not want to praise me tonight and congratulated fillet with a spicy salt that reminded me in his taste of the booster bomb scattered on Dutch fries when the baked fish is not a cable. so you will get rid of every taste of the best tender! The whole band should only be considered acceptable with good intentions. good that it was the first night in Carwitz, kulinar could only increase. the two young ladies at the service did their work routined and well, but could not have the kitchen performance that presents us. Conclusion: Many things I had not expected and the kitchen exceeded these expectations not in our visit night.... I don't think I'm coming back.
