Beautiful hold for cheese lovers. many choices to try or buy. there is not much to see in the art of producton. but the small shop restaurant is beautifully decorated.

The cheese artist is really an artist. it transfers the fresh cheese that came directly from the local farms to amazing ripe cheese. I've never had such a great gouda for example. matured 1.5 years it's more like a Grana-Padano then gouda. gouda to...now was just a cheaper cheese. but artist now how to make it excellent. also the braut, camembert are delicious. if they are in volcanic, it's a must to see.

Matured 1,5 years it´s more like a grana padano then Gouda. Gouda till now was just a cheap cheese. But Artist now how to make it excellent.Also the brie, camembert are delicious.If you are in Vulkanland it´s a must see.
