I would like to leave a review about KFC in Arzamas. We visited on September 17, 2023. We had to wait a VERY long time for our order, and people even started complaining. Two out of four terminals were not working. There was no choice of drinks; the cola was just water. There are mostly two-person tables, which is inconvenient when you come with your family—there was nowhere for us to sit. Two people were seated at a four-person table. It seems they can't count how many seats are needed! If you're with family or friends, you'll have to figure something out on your own! The restroom appears to be cleaned only once a day, making it unpleasant to enter, especially with children. Everything is handled differently in Nizhny. Why is there no oversight here?

We visit here occasionally with the family to eat. The variety of food is great, and the meals are tasty.

We stop by this restaurant every time we visit Megas due to our love for this chain, but each time we leave more disappointed. We waited 20 minutes for our order, which included a combo with a boxmaster, an additional boxmaster, a pie, and drinks. When our order was finally ready, we noticed at the cash register that one of the boxmasters was missing. The staff's response that we should just take the original one was frustrating. To top it off, the pie was not cherry as we ordered, but raspberry, which my father is allergic to. A perfect 10/10—couldn't be worse!

The order takes a very long time to be prepared. The food is delicious, but it always takes a long time to be served. Management, please address this issue.
