Yamato Teriyaki - Federal Way

I just went in there and spent $50 and on three very small meals. And frankly it 's the worst teriyaki Asian food I 've had. After only a couple of bites I called the establishment and asked if there 's a way I could bring it back in and get a refund she said some derogatory words in another language and then proceeded to hang up on me I would not suggest anybody go here I am I 've never asked for my money back on food before and that 's saying something.

I've eaten Japanese food since 1960, this is the worst I've ever eaten.

Very small portions. Beef didn't seem like other places I've been to. I don't know what part of the food tasted like bleach water, but it wasn't pleasant! The Cook came out front and sat down on his phone with the gloves on which he used to make the food and actually scratched his head

I visit often to FW. I always stop by each time I am in the area. I live on the East Coast and this is a treat when I am in town.

The food is real good love the chicken teriyaki . One special note they don't speak English very well and they have a hard time understanding English. Speak slow and as clearly as possible. Be patient the food is worth it. Being kind will get you places and good food thank you .
