Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I had their all you can eat sushi last night and it was absolutely fantastic. The sushi here is tasty and I appreciate their multicultural staff. Everyone was fantastic especially our sushi roller Hector. The atmosphere here is a bit younger and has more energy than some of their other locations but it wasn't loud so I'd definitely recommend this place for a first date. I can't wait to go back
We ordered $100 worth of food through, one of the things we ordered was a Kids Crystal shrimp which was never delivered and we got charged for it. All of our food was packed in containers in which they could not properly fit, in which we not to be able to recognize which roll was each one of them. Despite of us having to go out of our way to find elsewhere food for our little one, because her food was never delivered, I found a piece of plastic inside the roll while I was eating. I usually get a really good experience from all the Trappers Sushi places Ive been. However, this was honestly I really bad experience.
My husband and I did notice something concerning about the tipping feature on their payment system. We calculated a 10% tip, as that’s what we intended to give, but when we entered it into their system, it surprisingly calculated a much higher amount—several extra dollars more. If the service had been exceptional, I would have gladly tipped generously, but it was more mediocre than anything. I found it dishonest that the tipping amounts were inflated; had I not calculated it beforehand, I wouldn't have caught this discrepancy. As someone with years of experience in the service industry, I always base my tips on the level of service received.
My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant! It's so conveniently located near our home, and we were thrilled when it opened and managed to survive the pandemic! Tonight, we went for the Dine for a Cure event, which they host every year. This event is particularly meaningful to us, as we have family members who are currently recovering from breast cancer. We opted for the all-you-can-eat dinner, and Andy made sure we were always supplied with sushi! I definitely left feeling stuffed! Our waitress, Alissa (I hope I spelled that correctly), was fantastic—she kept our drinks full and frequently checked in on us. We will definitely be returning!
Our server, Kyley, was fantastic and took wonderful care of all our needs — she's definitely a keeper! The service has really improved since our last visit in the summer when we experienced long waits for our food, which sadly arrived cold. We're hopeful that this level of great service will continue!
