Phở 9 Ii - Federal Heights

Got pho and beef noodles to go and it was delicious. They also did a great job of packaging everything up perfectly for us. Definitely coming back.

Zero stars if I could give zero. Went into pick up my order and the one guy in the whole place (completely empty dining room) was super rude and didn't greet me or smile. I said I was picking up my order and he sold 10 more minutes very rudely. Although the pick up time was right then. I just walked out and said not gonna stand for this treatment when I'm trying to give your company business. I left and will not be back. I don't recommend this place. They seem racist and have a sign on the door that says they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Don't go here. This location has a bunch of homeless ppl hanging around and sleeping in the trees next to the entrance. Not safe here. Heard ppl yelling and cussing and screaming/fighting. This place all together is not good. They don't respect their delivery partners drivers doing them a favor. Don't go here. There's another place in the same shopping area that is much better. Reply to mgmt: I'm doing your company a favor by delivering your food. So if you don't like the company you have have chosen to do deliveries then just get rid of it and hire your own delivery drivers that are from your own country. Your staff and family working here are extremely rude. You as a manager/owner are very disrespectful to pplwho are doing you a favor to even waste our time and gas to come to your restaurant to pick up an order. Not my fault the delivery said pick up time was right then. Then you make me late for delivery and I get deducted for it. No thanks. I'm entitled to my own opinion on my personal experience with this restaurant change your attitudes about every one who enters your doors. BE THANKFUL TO EVEN HAVE ANYONE COMING IN THERE. We used to live in the apartments right behind the building but have since moved a few towns over. When the weather was cold, wet or both it became a sort of tradition to brave the conditions and walk the short distance for a hot meal. Wish we still lived so close. Unfortunately we can't make it down here as often as we'd like but continue to make the trip as no other Pho compares!

Food was ok but they have a policy of expecting $30.00 tip with family of 6 or more. It would not be an issue if the service was $30.00 tip worthy. Never coming here again sorry but that to me seems outrageous
