Quality of very random products, a good day much less, summarizing a surprise to each purchase. for the regularity of the opening it is the same, even in the middle of the high demand the bakery can be closed (even if there is a sign of this closure, it is always a surprise.) experiment and you will see that it is sometimes necessary to increase its carbon impact to find satisfaction. I would have liked to make a better comment, but after several attempts it is really not possible.

It is unbelievable that in a commune with a single bakery the hours are as random.. the hours and days of cooking are as random... can it be possible to force this courageous baker despite everything to give his trade to young and fervent bakers?
