Service and quality left a lot to be desired after the change, dry burgers, servers don't know how to explain the menu and when the snacks arrive it's another disappointment, as the snacks don't match those on the menu. from the best on the farm to one of the worst. It was the first time I went and I was upset with the experience, my boyfriend ordered a carvery and it didn't arrive, people arrived after us who were able to eat, when we asked if it would take too long we discovered that the carvery simply hadn't been launched, and the attendant confirmed that it would be a 3x rotation. Not to mention that I said several times that I wanted a vegetarian option because I don't eat meat and they sent the first snack with meat, I asked for confirmation if it was really vegetarian and the attendant went to see and didn't give me any opinion, nor an apology, they only came back 15 min later with the correct snack. After that, they paid attention and were helpful, but it was frustrating to go through this situation, we wanted to have a nice experience on the last Friday before Christmas, but we were upset with what happened and I don't know if we will come back again. In the end, my boyfriend didn't eat, as he felt hurt and we left, very good food, but it wasn't worth the experience with the bad service. I ordered a carvery and couldn't eat it, my order wasn't included in the note. My girlfriend ordered a burger on the side and she really liked it, hence the rating 2. But the service was very poor, we had to discuss with the first attendant that the menu offered juice and we had to repeat what we wanted 5 times (and my order still wasn't sent). I completely understand that when we are starting a job we don't have experience in executing it in the best way, but what happened there was a reluctance to respond. Note: my girlfriend's burger arrived wrong the first time and the woman just turned her back to change it, bizarre. Vegetarian options: They offer to change the burger to veg, but there is nothing explicit on the menu, just by calling or asking the servers. Excellent burger and service! Wonderful rotation. On busier days it takes a little while and it's a good idea to make a reservation lol but it's totally worth it!
