Wendy's - Fayetteville

Always friendly staff, and the drive-thru wait is usually under 10 minutes, except during peak times. They've never messed up my order, although there have been a few mix-ups with the drinks. They’re definitely one of the best places in the city, right up there with Chick-fil-A. I was in a rush and didn’t realize until I reached the window to pay that I had left my wallet at home. I was $4 short and had a car full of mischievous teenage girls with me. The manager generously gave me the entire meal for free!

There was a long wait for the drive-thru, but my order was correct and the food was hot. I recommend checking your order with the Wendy's app!

This is undoubtedly one of the largest Wendy's locations I've visited, and the staff here is exceptionally well-trained and professional. They consistently exceed expectations when it comes to food quality; I've never had a Wendy's meal prepared so perfectly or tasted so good. The entire restaurant was spotless, both inside and in the outdoor parking area. There was also a deaf customer who visited with their family, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that they felt comfortable and were treated just like any other customer would be in any restaurant or business. I was truly pleased and impressed by this. The entire team reflects the excellence instilled by their managers and the overall atmosphere of the place.
